Before sex, you should have a checklist for all of the do's and don't's of making love. Everyone prepares a little bit before getting down and dirty with the partner of their choice, but not everyone gets themselves ready properly. Some people just don't know better. may not even know better. Either you're not romantic enough, you're naturally kind of a gross person or you simply don't care about prepping for sex and only want to enjoy the selfish pleasures of getting off. Whatever the case may be, you're in trouble. Keep reading to find out things you should never do before sex.
Eat a burrito. If you're curious as to what a burrito will do to your bowels, then you should probably experiment. The experience will a joyous occasion, no doubt — but not if you're about to get jiggy with it.
Taking cold meds. If you've got the drowsy medication, keep away. If you need to take it desperately, maybe stay away from sex for a little while. Aside from making you sleepy, it'll only end up drying you up — which isn't any fun for either parties.

Over-drinking. You may think it'll be fun getting sh*t-faced before you hop in sack, but in all honesty, it's just going to make you sloppy as hell. It won't feel as good, you probably won't remember much and it'll ultimately feel like a wasted experience that you'll only regret.

Brushing your teeth? Definitely brush your teeth before sex if you feel like you need it. Just stay away from electric toothbrushes. According to Tsippora Shainhouse, M.D., they can actually make the threat of STDs more likely, what with all the harsh spinning it's performing in your mouth.
Shaving. You don't want to raise your chances of getting someone's STD, so don't risk an open wound near your crotch — even if it's just a tiny one. Infections aren't any fun when they stem from the bedroom.

Don't use a dirty sex toy. This should go without saying, but a dirty sex toy is only going to put your body in danger. You don't know what's clinging onto it — and you don't
want to know. So be safe and rinse off.
Ditch the menthol lube. Unless you're fond of potential irritation, just go with regular lube and let the sex do the tingling work for you. Cheryl Iglesia, M.D. claims this is only going to cause stress in your nether regions and turn you off from altogether that night.
Don't forget lube. You don't want vaginal chaffing, right? Of course you don't. You want this experience to be one of tender passion and sexual exploration. So dive into it smoothly with some lube. Both you and your partner will be glad you did.

Don't stress out. If your nerves are skyrocketing before you get busy with someone, it's only going to mess up the experience. So try to relax your mind (and your body) and just look forward to what's going to happen. If you're too nervous, then don't do it. It's that easy.

Get waxed. Do you want your skin to be painfully tender when someone pulls down your pants and goes to town? One would hope not. But hey, everyone's got their thing. But in all seriousness, it's just not going to feel good. Do it a few days earlier instead.
Skip the bathroom. If you've got to take a dump, then do so. Get your body feel comfortable and lose. You don't want to embark on a sexual adventure bloated or gassy. Take care of that situation and sit on your porcelain throne.
Lift weights. Unless you're some kind of professional bodybuilder, give your body a reason. You'll be getting enough of a workout soon enough, so don't exhaust your muscles before you even start getting buck wild.

Smoke weed. Some people claim to feel like a million bucks when they combine marijuana and sex, but that's not always the case. Weed can slow your body down, including your libido. You may just want to pass out or binge on Netflix rather than bang in the bedroom.
