Outrageous ‘Butt Luge’ Might Just Be the Grossest Spring Break Booze Trend Yet

In quite possibly the most outrageous and disturbing Spring Break trend to date, college partiers on break are practicing a disturbing new drinking game. Long been a tradition of university students, Spring Break has always included a significant amount of debauchery. Combining alcohol, live music, high sex drives and a bunch of kids in need of a “break” from the stress of class can easily turn into a hot mess of bad behavior. We’re pretty sure this newest trend is right up there with the worst of them.

Drinking. We've looked the world over but have yet to find a rowdy Spring Break gathering that didn't involve a (not so) healthy dose of alcohol fueling the fire of crazy antics. The typical Spring Breaker can usually be found in minimal swim gear, on the beach, with drinks in hand.

Drinking Games. It's more than just the booze though. The Spring Breaker's just aren't having a party unless there's party games involved with the alcohol consumption. Typical games include the usual college choices: beer pong, quarters, flip cup, you've heard (played?) them all.

Spring Break. But despite this plethora of readily available games to choose from, it would seem that something as crazy as Spring Break would require something equally crazy to play while celebrating. The latest trend in drinking games seems to fit the bill.

Butt Luging. We introduce you to "butt luging." What, you ask, is "butt luging?" You might be afraid you asked. Or you could be planning to participate on your next Spring Break trip - in which case, gross, but you're welcome I guess? No, still sticking with gross.

What Is It? Well, my friends, butt luging is where the contestants lay on the ground - the beach works well for the sand drainage - and awaits a participating lady sporting a thong or barely-there bikini bottoms, to stand directly over their face and await the countdown.

Beers Are Cracked. There are usually three or more contestants, depending on the number of people in the crowd and the number of willing women participants to stand over them. Once the contestants are lined up with their waiting partners standing over them, a third participant assigned to each pair cracks open a can of beer.

The Third Contestant. From this point, each set of contestants is composed of a team of three: the ground man, the bikini lady, and the beer lad. Once beers are cracked open and each team of three is ready, the countdown begins. The judges stand by and wait for the event.

Countdown. As soon as the countdown finishes, the beer lad begins pouring the beer down the backside of the bikini lady. The pour begins on her behind, drips down the middle and into the waiting mouth of the ground man below who is waiting to chug the beer as it's poured off his partner's butt.

Official Accounts. According to The Sun, "Those accepting the dare - normally men - have to lie on their back while a girl straddles above their face. Someone then pours ale down the crack of the girl's behind and into the contestant's gaping mouth." Ew.

Winner, Winner. The entire point of the game is to see who can chug their beer - off their partner's bum - the fastest. You can't let too much of the beer spill into the sand or you're automatically disqualified, and the overall contest winner is the one who finishes their beer first.

Disqualified. There aren't many rules to the game, other than the no-spill criteria. The Sun states spilling will cause an automatic forfeit of winning, though some are known to intentionally spill just for the ability to take another go at winning with another willing partner.

Videos Uploaded. The Sun reports there have been numerous videos of Spring Breakers partaking in the debauchery being uploaded to sites like YouTube and Instagram. "Not surprisingly, it is now one of THE biggest games being played during this year's Spring Break," the article states.

Breaking the Rules. It's not hard to imagine the activity has been shown to go a bit outside of the intended structure of the game. There have been several images posted of contestants who clearly have gone a bit overboard and thrown the "rules" to the wayside.

Alternative. For those of you who aren't quite into the rear-end debauchery (and we can't say we'd blame you there), The Sun reports there's been an alternative game offered that has been equally as popular. Boob luging, which swaps boobs for the behind, is quite popular too.

Pumped to Try It. Despite the questionable nature of the butt luge, The Sun reports tons of Spring Breakers are excited to give it a try this year. One user Tweeted, "I've done a boob luge but now I'm trying to get a butt luge," while another said, "I need to do at least one butt luge by the end of the summer."
